An Act to Regulate the Manufacture, Import, Export, Buying and Selling, Stocking, Storage, Display, Distribution and Quality Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Repealing the Drugs Act, 1940 And the Drugs (Control) Ordinance, 1982.

Definition of Cosmetics:

Cosmetics means any article intended to be rubbed, poured, sprayed on, or sprinkled, or introduced into or otherwise applied to the human body, or any part thereof that claims any type of physiological changes.
